HOPE IN ACTION'S GOALS IN BARAHONA
PROVIDE HOUSING FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE
We have a list of projects, skilled labor standing by and a community eagerly looking forward to housing that will put a reliable roof over their heads.
The most fortunate residents in this area currently have sporadic power, bare concrete flooring and leaking roofing. Others sleep with no shelter at all.
FINISH A SCHOOL FOR ELEMENTARY-AGED CHILDREN
With construction stalled with only walls and a roof, much is needed to be done. Our goal is to complete the school by providing flooring, windows, electricity and much more.
Over 100 students will be blessed with the opportunity for a brighter future.
EQUIP CHILDREN WITH SCHOOL SUPPLIES, CLOTHING AND FOOD
There is a tremendous need to provide basic necessities to the children in Barahona. The lack of food, clothing, school supplies and toys is prominent in this area.
The goal is to fulfill this need and bring hope and smiles to the children in this area.
